We are looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant who can double up as a bookkeeper for a Canadian Principal Mortgage Broker. He has 8 staff members in South Africa doing various admin jobs like speaking to clients, collecting documents and saving them meticulously in the right places (we’re paperless of course), negotiating rates with banks, getting comparative quotes for the clients, booking appointments, sending documents between clients and banks, following up on leads. Then we have our marketers who do web design, SEO and Digital Marketing.

He has 5 mortgage agents in Canada who report to him, he also pays them their commission. The agents close mortgage deals, the banks pay the Principle Broker their commission, and then it’s our bookkeeper’s job to sort out which commission goes to where.

The Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper will be responsible for filtering anything before it gets to the main man. She will also do the bookkeeping and payroll, all working from home with the help of our digital apps. Our candidates must know their way around a pc and be very tech savvy.
