Description

A one month project to work for a Canadian company.

Working hours: 3pm to 11pm SA time, Monday to Friday - includes a lunch hour
Start date: ASAP
Location: Your secure home, anywhere in South Africa (preferably Cape Town)

Our Client Admin Assistant will essentially be a mortgage processor with the following tasks:

 Provide underwriting support
 Set appointments
 Follow up with clients, lenders (banks), appraisers etc.
 Update clients, loan participants
 Provide client service support
 Process leads
 Manage client folders and files in Dropbox
 Manage the mortgage process in Tracker (our in-house CRM)
 Manage multiple Outlook accounts & calendars
 Create details in Loan Operating Software (LOS)
 Prepare leads for underwriting
 Generate client solutions
 Process funded, cancelled & long-term leads
 Manage requested documents process internally
 Enter data from lender payroll emails into CRM
 Order appraisals
 Prepare mortgage documents for client signature
 Communicate and update partners and participants in the mortgage process
 Manage and resolve all customer service inquires for existing clients
 Agent Support:
o Set up new agents and help with orientation
o Review Agent files for Compliance conformity
o Distribute relevant lender emails to Mortgage Agents
 Communicate via VOIP Phone line, Email, Text etc. as required.
